This Old mill stone was salvaged from front walkway and repurposed as a stoop for the new garage

This walnut tree was removed to allow for the new garage space and the wood was sawn into material for interior beams and a custom rocking chair

The front porch columns were salvaged and repurposed for the new porch

The rear porch was rebuilt and screened in for added comfort next to the adjacent bluestone patio

The original 1870‘s heart of pine beams removed from the family room were turned into new window sills for the new garage studio
